Village in western region of Lautrec, near coast. West of Doga. Witch's Maw II is northeast of Ticelli. See world map.

Raki and Priscilla visit Ticelli.[8] after leaving Doga. During which Luciela x Rafaela bursts from Riful's castle and mushrooms into the sky-high Destroyer. Town attacked by parasitic rods from the Destroyer.[9]

Amid the ruins, the Organization's Retrieval Squad recovers an injured Raki, abandoned by Priscilla.[10]

The squad thinks the rods killed the townspeople. But Priscilla later says she ate them.[11]
