Etymology[]
ロートレク transliterates from "Lautrec." First mention by Cynthia.[10] Lautrec and the central region of Toulouse both allude to the French Post-Impressionist painter, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec (1864–1901).
The artist's name derives from the medieval village of Lautrec. From the Occitan l'autreg, deriving from octroi, a wholesale or retail tax on local goods.

Doga[]
The series starts in the village of Doga, where Raki first meets Clare.[11]
Hamel[]
In southeast corner of region, the village of Hamel (unnamed in manga) displays a Teresa and Clare statue in the plaza.[12]
In vicinity, Zakol Mountains is headquarters ("Witch's Maw") of Riful of the West.[13]
Lacroix[]
First mention by Limt.[14] Lacroix is the village where Clare, Cynthia and Yuma fight both a search and rescue team and an awakened being, only to discover that Rubel witnesses everything.[15]
Ticelli[]
Ticelli is first mentioned by a Retrieval Squad member,[16] where northeast of town, the Destroyer bursts from the Witch's Maw II.
